I/We acknowledge that the membership is free and normally $1,000 AUD plus GST , my/our account will incur Standard Bronze BBX fees on all transactions and Annual Administration fees as detailed in the Member's Information Booklet and Rules of the Trading Program.

I/We have had the opportunity to read and review the Rules of the Trading Program and I/We agree to be bound by the said rules.


"BBX International Ltd. of HongKong is the owner of all intellectual property pertaining to the operation of the BBX Trade Exchange and has issued a Licence agreement to BBX Management Pty. Ltd. to manage the operations of the exchange in Australia. BBX International is the proprietary owner of all intellectual property of the international payment platform including but not limited to , members electronic and hard copy information, the database and everything contained therein".
The above-mentioned Business Owners and other joint owners or directors where appropriate, agree to jointly and severally guarantee the payment of all monies payable and due to BBX by the Applicant in accordance with this Agreement and Rules. The guarantee shall be a continuing guarantee and shall remain in full force and effect until all liabilities of the Applicant (including but not limited to any authorised credit line) are fully paid and satisfied.

The Applicant(s)/Guarantor(s) shall indemnify (and keep indemnified) BBX against all debts, liabilities, claims, suits, demands, costs and expenses in any way arising from this Agreement or the Applicant(s) involvement in the BBX Trade Exchange.
The Applicant(s)/Guarantor(s) consent to BBX: (A) Obtaining a credit report containing personal credit information about the Applicant(s)/Guarantor(s) either for the purpose of assessing the Application for Membership or for the purpose of collecting overdue payments from the Applicant(s)/Guarantor(s); (B) Disclosing to a credit reporting agency personal information about the Applicant's dealings with BBX; (C) Disclosing personal information about the Applicant/Guarantor to any credit provider named in a report obtained in accordance with paragraph A and to BBX receiving information from any credit provider.
